RV Site with power & water, no septic

These are not drive through sites. There is limited space for manoeuvring.
Total length of a motor home or trailer must be less than 26 ft.
Total length of a vehicle and trailer must be less than 40 ft.

The actual price may be more or less depending on the exact dates, # of guests, length of stay, weekday/weekend, whether you choose a refundable rate, and whether any extra services or pet fees apply. To get an exact price and detailed breakdown, continue through the booking process and enter the exact dates, with the number of adults, kids (<10 years old) and pets . If there are more than 2 adults, check the box for an extra guest(s). If your group is larger than 5 guests, you will need to book 2 sites

There are 3 level RV sites available with WIFI, power and water at the site. RV Site locations are automatically assigned when you book.These RV sites have access to the following amenities.

• community building with kitchen, basic kitchen amenities, and hot showers
• flush toilets
• WiFi
• water
• either 15A or 30A electrical service (RV Site 4 only has 15A service)
• fire pits (click on the firewood checkbox during booking or bring your own firewood), conditions vary and the owner reserves the right to implement a fire ban at any time.
• hammocks
• a rain shelter with a couple of picnic tables
• parking for one additional vehicle in addition to the RV

If you wish to bring a pet please read and understand our pet policy which is part of the Terms and Conditions. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to bring a pet, what type of pet it is and add the pet service fee for each pet to your booking by checking the appropriate box(es) for pets under additional services. We reserve the right to not accept certain pets and in particular we are not accepting guard dogs breeds of any kind including but not limited to German Shepard, Doberman, Rottweiler, Bull Mastiff, Schnauzer, Boxer, Bull Terrier, etc.

There is no sani-dump here. There is one in Slocan City and a free one at the Castlegar visitor centre. Here is a link to Sani Dumps Nearby. Our system is not designed for any RV chemicals. We recommend that you empty your wastewater tanks before you come.
